2010 NSW Club Series Rules - Supplementary
- AARCMCC Rules will apply and the Race Directors decision will be final.
- The Club representatives will vote on any further protests, amendments, Issues
- Club representatives will be appointed for the purposes of communication, and contact/decisions on the day.
- Any issues should be directed through your club representative.
- There will be 3 qualifying rounds and 3 ‘A’ Finals for each class. Best 2 heats count, worst dropped. Best 2 ‘A’ finals count toward points score. Best counted final time will be used to Tie Break.
- There will be 6 classes - 2WD Stock & Modified, 4WD Stock & Modified, & Truck Stock & Modified.
- There will be NO cross-entering between Buggy classes.
- The Program shall be limited to 14 Race Rounds. Clubs should ensure that their top 10 drivers have priority to ensure all clubs are evenly represented.
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the program is shortened (due to lack of light, technology failures, weather delays), the ‘C’ Finals will be dropped. If time is still short, ‘B’ finals will be dropped and points will count where qualified.
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there are too many entries for the program to manage, Drivers that have participated in all the previous events will be given priority over drivers that have missed a previous event. As there are NO dropped rounds, drivers that enter all the events will be given priority over those that don’t enter all the events.
- Stock Motors are as per AARCMCC approved Brushed and Brushless lists. 27T Brushed Motors with bearings permitted.
- Li-Po Batteries are as per AARCMCC approved Battery List. Li-Po Sacks must be used.
- All rounds will count. No dropped round.
- Club points will be awarded to clubs for their top nine individually placed drivers. Only the top nine individual placings will count. If a driver enters more than one class, only his/her highest placing will be counted.
- A class will not run if there are less than 5 drivers entered. Finals will be a maximum of 10 cars and require a minimum of 4 cars.
- Drivers points will be allocated to the club which he / she is a member. Drivers with multiple memberships will have their points allocated to the club nominated on the entry form. Points to that club will not be changed once the meeting has been completed. Drivers must be financial members of their nominated Club.
- The 2010 Club Series is not open to Beginners. Clubs should ensure that entrants have sufficient driving skills to participate in an event at this level.
- Any discrepancy not covered in these or AARCMCC rules will be determined by the Series coordinator. That decision is final.
