The 2010 NSW Club Series / NSW Drivers Championship
The 2010 Club Series is a interclub Series and Drivers Championship for 1/10th Electric Off-Road Buggys and Trucks in NSW.
Meetings will be hosted and run by each of the Nominated clubs, and they will be responsible for that meeting in all areas.
Each club has agreed to be responsible for Race Control, Scrutineering, Grid Listings, Race Director (A Finals), Canteen, Track and Marshalling points.
The competition is open to all Drivers from AARCMCC affiliated Clubs in NSW.
2010 will see the NSW State Titles included as a round of the NSW Drivers Championship.
The dates agreed to are as follows,
R1. Castle Hill – March 28
R2. Maitland – May 30
R3. Ryde – Aug 29
R4. Maitland – Oct 24
Entry will be $30 for 1st Class, $50 for 2 Classes and $60 for 3 Classes (includes $5 non-refundable Nomination Fee)
($2 from each entry will go towards series trophies).
There will be 6 Classes,
2WD – Stock & Mod
Truck – Stock & Mod
4WD – Stock & Mod
No cross entering between Stock & Mod Buggy.
Maximum 14 races in a round.
It will be a one day event on a Sunday with the preceding Saturday for practice.
Trophies
Trophies will be awarded by the clubs for their event, to 1st, 2nd & 3rd ‘A’ Finalists in each class, and Medallions / Medals / Certificates / Pennants / Plaques will be awarded in each class for all ‘A’ Finalists at each event, for 4th through 10th.
Series Trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each class.
A Champions Trophy will also be awarded to the club with the most points at the end of the series
There will also be a Trophy for the Best Junior (under 16) for the series, and a gift voucher from Northern Beaches Hobby Centre.
The NSW Interclub Shield - July 25
The 2010 Inter-club Shield is a teams competition for 1/10th Electric Off-Road Buggys and Trucks.
2 Drivers from each class will be selected by each Club to compete in a one-off, 5 race competition.
Points will be accumulated in each race, and the Club with the most points at the end of the day will take home the Trophy.
There will be 4 NSW Clubs + a Barbarians (compilation) with team captains, participating in this inaugural event. Each team is to consist of 12 nominated drivers + 2 reserves. The reserves role will be assisting with Marshalling, mechanical, and reserve driver should it be needed.

Entry will be $120 per team ($10 per driver)
(funds will go toward ‘The Shield’ and the host club).

It will be a one day event on a Sunday starting at around 10am.
